Lennox is an HVAC company. Which means they make air conditioners, furnaces, air purifiers, thermostats, and everything else home comfort related. The challenge in connecting to a consumer lies in the product itself. Consumers don't care about the shiny metal box they're buying when purchasing a new air conditioner or furnace for their home. It's just going to be put in a closet or outside where no one ever sees it anyway. They care about the air that comes out of that box. The air is the product, and Lennox makes the products that makes that product: Perfect Air. So when it really comes down to it, Lennox is not an HVAC company. Lennox is a Perfect Air company.
